Once your intake is done, this is where we put it to use. A focused twenty minutes to talk through recommendations, whatever combination of herbalism, energy work, or lifestyle shifts fits what came up in your intake, and answer whatever questions you’re sitting with. It’s short because by this point we already know what we’re working with. No wasted time, just the plan.

Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email right away. Within 24 to 48 hours, you’ll receive a second email to schedule your appointment, if a time wasn’t already selected at purchase.
