This is the heart of the practice. Ancrage combines a full Reiki session with lithotherapy — crystal healing placed and worked with intention to deepen the energetic release Reiki begins. Layered together, they work on both the subtle body and the nervous system, helping ground what shifts during the session so it actually stays with you. A short wellness or herbal consult is included, so you leave with something to carry forward, not just a good hour and a half.
